Starting Sunday night October 30th. I will be hosting glow rounds at Westlake to start @ 8:00 pm. This will be a handicapped league with the usual $5.00 entry. Cash and prizes based on the number of entries. You bring your discs and I will show you how to rig them up with LED for about $3.00 per disc. Think watch batteries, X-mas lights and duct tape!

I've got the landscape lights ready to go for the baskets. Bought a few extra batteries and led lights for loners on peoples drivers. I will be bringing 3 additional baskets to make the course 15 holes. Remember to dress for the weather, it gets cold when the sun goes down. See you on Sunday night.

For those that did not make it, you missed a clinic on how to turbo putt by Walter, he was on fire. We had a three way tie for first; nice shooting! See you all next week.

Thanks to everyone that came out on Sunday. The mud across the road kept us on the grass, but the extra baskets and alternate tee pads made for a 20 hole round. I'm the second person to get a birdie on the signature in the playground hole, Walter showed me the way last week. I will be gone on Sunday night but Rob will be out with lights so Discing After Dark will be happening @ 8:00 pm.

Because of the excellent turnout on Sunday for Discing After Dark. I was able to give away a First Run Slayer for CTP on hole number 2. Come on out next Sunday and see if you can win a new disc (or a used one if you prefer).

How would you all feel about a glow round at Palisade in the next couple weeks or even next weekend? Let me know what you think!

For all those planning to come out to Palisade on Sunday @ 7:00pm for the Discing After Dark. The best prices I have found for 3 volt batteries is at Lowes. $4.00 for a blister pack with 2 batteries. The LEDs are in the christmas decoration section, you get 25 for $3 or $4, so you could split those with a friend. Transparent duct tape has been in with the plumbing supplies. I have three light kits for sale for $5 each that include two batteries and 4 LED lights, just to make it easy on you so you don't have to shop.

Congrats to young gun Gossage for the CTP win. He chose a Nuke SS from the prize box. Should be some big hyzer flips with that disc. Next week Discing After Dark will be at Duck Pond Park @ 7:00 pm. I will bring out some baskets and the lights for this small but entertaining course.

Congrats to Mr. Gossage for his CTP, choosing the devilish Demon was an excellent choice. We will be taking a couple weeks off for the holidays. See you all in the new year.
