We had 7 people out for bag tags tonight. I don't know who ended up with which tag so I'm only updating my own.

Josh, do you want to try to post the league results again? If you're too busy let me know, I wont bother to e-mail them to you. It's not that big a deal.

The spring league will be starting April 6 and run Mondays at 5:15. It will be handicapped and have CTPs and an ace pool. Anyone is welcome for any or all of the nine weeks. Let me know if you have any questions.

Tim.

The lake is in at Westlake park so be sure and bring your Golden Retrievers next time you play :). I also marked the back 9 in preparation for Monday's tee off.

The ace pool was scooped the first week of league by Aaron Geske on hole 18, to the tune of $35. He also won 2 CTPs and walked away with $45 total. Not bad for the first week.

If we continue to have the kind of turnout that we had the first week, the ace pool is bound to get even bigger. So........

COME AND GET IT

The ace pool at the Thursday night league is over $20 now (woo whoo). Come take your shot. The course will be a little tougher this week with some changes to the back 9 (a new 500ft hole).

Wow!!!

Best turn-out yet (16), and the weather actually gave us a window to play in.

I don't know if it was the weather, the players, or the new tougher course but there was only one sub-par round. Who'd of ever imagined that about Westlake.

The ace pool will be up to $40 next week so come and get it.

This ace pool is getting too big for westlake, so i am upping the bet.
I have a certificate for a pair of Mountain Khakis, retail value $70+
that will go into the evergrowing acepoolpot.

The ace pool is now over $50 and with the added gift certificate (see above), it is now valued over $100. C'mon people!! This is Westlake Park!!

This week I'll add an additional CTP. Holes 8 and 17 will each have a $5 CTP with 17 playing more like a "longest drive" hole because of its length.

Come and get it!!!

BOOM!!!!!!

And just like that, the money's gone. Good shot Jerry (you dirty dog). Ace on hole 11.

However, the ace pool has been reseeded with the khakie pants gift certificate and a longsleeve Ice Bowl tee shirt donated by the man himself. Thanks again Jerry.

We may have an out of town guest or two this week who are here for JUCO. Just 2 weeks left of League.

See you at Westlake.

Tim.

PS: We miss you Brian....

This will be the last week of Thursday night league at Westlake park. Dave casually mentioned a gathering afterword at his place. Dave, is this something you still want to do??

There has been talk of continuing league at Matchett. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I can't continue to run it, but would offer support or backup to anyone who would.

Tim.
