This weeks Ice Bowl doubles fundraiser will be at noon Saturday at Palisade. Come join for $5. There will be a custom layout. Also, if you wish to order merchandise, this weekend would be a good time.

Just a big shout-out to all the great helpers that showed up in the cold windy rainie weather Sat to help us raise food and funds for the Kid's Aid Backpack program! we raised just over $ 900.00 cash and a couple pick-ups full of food. in 4 hrs time! special mention to Eric Faber for his outstanding job as leader of the pack! Any of you guys that are in the advance division for the Ice bowl want to start a side pot? $5 to buy in, 3 dollars goes to the pay out, 2 dollars goes to the ice bowl? Total for pay out based on the number of people that buy in. First place will no more than double their money so we can pay out deeper into the field.
I plan on bringing some prizes for a CTP after the Ice bowl. $1 for 3 rounds to buy into the CTP pool, all the money going to the Ice bowl. If any of you have some stuff you want to throw into the prize box, we can have multiple rounds to raise more money for the Ice bowl. Or we could do a ring of fire.

Just a quick shout out to the 85 players. All the helpers especially the Wal-Mart voulnteers and two local Wal-Mart local stores ($900.00 & 450lbs of food alone).

With Kid's Aid's 4 to 1 buying power thats over $ 20,000 grand in full backpacks of food going home with hungry kids! wow!
