All Disc golfers who are on facebook, please check the Watson Island Disc Golf Site for details regarding the ongoing clean-up and construction of our newest course in the Grand Valley.

This project is being led by Russ Hamilton and Brian Seaman. Work times are flexible and include most Saturdays at 10:00am. Nine (9) temporary holes have been marked out with 4 x 4 posts; and you are welcome to check them out, just bring a trash bag to fill up. They are also looking for skidsteers and equipment for the major clean-up.

This morning i moved 3 to the long position, only a little mud in there.

I also swapped 7 and 12. So now both play about 100 feet longer.
There could be some throwing at each other, lets give it a month
to see how it plays. Or you can play it the old way.

Also on 12 i put a stake 70 feet north of the old tpad, other side of the
sidewalk. Looks like an interesting shot, or use the sidewalk somewhere.
that tpad is now helping shore up the bank.

i guess anyone can use what is left of the original area if they
want. this is just a different place to tee off, you can see down
the sidewalk, and there is plenty of danger.
