Have you thought about what weekend day you want to run the Ice Bowl fundraisers on? We have traditionally gone on Sundays but for me Saturdays would be much better with ping-pong and poker on Sundays.

(just thought I'd try to stimulate a little discussion on this stagnant forum)

I have several fundraisers in mind, and they will take place on a saturdays.

Modified Matchett, Modified Palisade, and the 2nd annual Slickrock Extravaganza.

More info coming when i get my new computer.

Fund Raising has begun to fund the 2011 Ice Bowl Extraganza with the modified Matchett Marathon last Sat. and will continue this Sat Oct 30th during the Ace Race at West lake Park. Starting Sun. Nov 7th we will have Random draw Doubles with vaious formats. The first one will be at Palisade the 7th at 11:00 am with free breakfast Burritos to the first dozen players! $ 5.00 donation per player 33% place pay outs. ( 3team 's 1 winner, 6 team's 2 winners) great prize box to choose from ! ( thanks for donations from everybody) all proceeds to the Ice bowl! We will start with every week for now and rotate coures and formats. The following Sat the 13th will be Jerry's Second Annual Slick Rock extraganza. Contiue to check the web sites for updated secduals and info !

For the Ice Bowl doubles there will also be a significant Ace Pool. I have about $70 left over from the spring leagues that will be up for grabs.

The next fund the fundraiser disc golf fun fund drive will be at Palisade Sunday Nov 14th at 11:00 am sharp so you bronco fans wont miss the pain of the game!
This time it will be random doubles again but holes 1-6 will be best shot 7-12 will be worst shot (your opponates pick your shot to use) 13-18 will be alternate shot. $ 5.00 donation to Ice Bowl and winners pick from Prize box.

Hey all just wondering if any body has ideas for the ice bowl fund raiser times. we could try Saturdays, I know the broncos are playing early this Sun. So Lets try for a quicker round at West lake start by 2:30 and be done by 4:30 after the game. Random doubles $ 5.00 donation and I have added prizes to the box, Thanks again to all who have donated prizes! Dave

So doubles is SUNDAY at 2:30? Just checking because of the saturday sunday talk. I'll try to be there either way, but can't promise anything.
